Inspections and Packing

Regular technical inspections and proper reserve parachute repacking are essential for maintaining a high level of safety and ensuring the equipment remains compliant with applicable regulations and manufacturers’ requirements. 

Scope of services includes: 

• periodic inspections of parachute systems, 

• reserve parachute repacking in accordance with current regulations and manufacturers’ instructions, 

• assessment of wear of the canopy, lines, risers, container and harness, 

• inspection of structural components and load-bearing points, 

• verification of operation and installation of the Automatic Activation Device (AAD), 

• assembly of new parachute systems with full compatibility verification of all components. 

Technical inspection 

Each system begins the process with a detailed visual assessment and inspection of load-bearing and structural components. We check the condition of materials, seams, lines, webbing, closing systems and metal hardware. 

If any irregularities are detected, we provide clear information about the technical condition of the equipment and propose possible solutions — from minor adjustments to recommendations for component replacement. 

Equipment older than 20 years is subject to a mandatory extended inspection including a detailed evaluation of materials, load-bearing elements and key structural points in terms of continued safe operation. 

Reserve parachute repacking 

Reserve parachute repacking is performed in accordance with applicable regulations and manufacturers’ procedures. The process includes inspection of the canopy, lines, pilot chute, closing system and correct installation in the container. 

We ensure proper documentation and a clear entry in the system record card. Each repack ends with a verification of the closing sequence and confirmation that the system is ready for use. 

Assembly of a new parachute system 

System assembly involves more than simply connecting components. Each system undergoes a full compatibility verification of all elements — canopies, harness, container, risers and AAD. 

We verify correct connections, system configuration and overall structural integrity. The process concludes with documentation of the work performed and a final inspection. 

Each system undergoes a final inspection before being returned. Our goal is not only to perform the service, but to confirm the equipment’s full readiness for safe operation.
